EITC Commitment

Thank you for choosing to support Catholic education in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia through the EITC program. Please complete this form to indicate your commitment to redirecting your tax liability in support of Catholic elementary schools. Once your form has been submitted, a member of our team will follow up to confirm your participation and gather the tax information needed to complete the process. This may include your Social Security number, which is required for tax reporting purposes.
